Application form for vendors
Dear applicants interested in selling at the Christmas market on Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square,
Thank you for your interest in participating in our markets. If you would like to offer your goods, please fill in our simple questionnaire, which will help us better understand your offer. By filling in the form or sending us an e-mail, you will be added to the database of applicants. Completing the form does not mean automatic acceptance to the market. This questionnaire serves as a presentation of your goods and helps us get a clearer picture of your assortment.
All sales locations are rented for the entire duration of the markets, i.e. on Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square from November 28, 2026, to January 6, 2027 (inclusive). Opening hours are daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Does completing the form mean automatic acceptance to the markets?
No. By completing the form, you are only added to the database of applicants. Vendors are selected based on product quality, visual presentation, and suitability of the assortment.
What are the opening hours of the markets?
The market is open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The Easter Markets run from November 28, 2026, to January 6, 2027 (inclusive). Vendors are required to sell every day for the full duration of the markets.
What type of assortment is suitable for the Christmas Market?
We primarily focus on supporting Czech farmers and small food producers. In addition, we emphasize themed handcrafts related to traditional Czech Christmas. We support the sale of original products such as Christmas decorations, ornaments, nativity scenes, candles, gingerbread, and other items associated with the holiday. Selected Christmas food & beverages are also part of the offer to enrich the festive atmosphere. Foreign products are accepted only exceptionally and in limited numbers.
What is the purpose of this form?
By filling in the form or sending an e-mail, you are applying to be included in the database of applicants. Completing the form does not mean automatic acceptance. At present, we have a limited number of available stalls, and if you do not hear from us within one month, it means either we have no space for your assortment or it does not fit our concept. However, the situation may change, and if space becomes available, we will contact you based on your application.
What is the rental fee for a sales stall?
The rental fee depends on the location of the stall, its size, the type of goods offered, required electricity consumption, and other aspects. Charitable projects can participate free of charge.
